Official Awards Ceremony:
Best Entrepreneurial Project –
2026 Edition at the
University Félix Houphouët-Boigny

As part of its commitment to promoting student employability and entrepreneurship, the Institute of Ethno-Sociology (IES) at Félix Houphouët-Boigny University in partnership with the African Diaspora Leadership Development(ADLD)  launched an entrepreneurial competition aimed at supporting innovative projects emerging from its personal development and leadership training program.

This initiative pursues three strategic objectives:

  • To foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the university community;

  • To provide financial support to the most promising projects;

  • To offer sustained guidance to young graduates as they transition into successful professional careers.

The 2026 edition received valuable support from the Rotary Club of Briarcliff, the Ivorian diaspora in the United States, and Women for Peace in Africa (WAP). A total of about $ 2,000 was awarded to the ten top-ranked projects. The awards ceremony for the Best Entrepreneurial Project – 2026 Edition took place in an atmosphere that was both formal and convivial. It brought together administrative and academic authorities, national and international partners, as well as students and distinguished guests.
